When women say that want men to “treat them like a queen”, they generally mean they want respect, loyalty, romance, communication and such; basically they want to be part of a respectful, loving, healthy relationship.
With that said, syntax is everything and paramount to a healthy relationship is good communication. Words mean different things to different people. When I hear the word queen, I think deference, adulation, and subjugation; good traits a queen would expect of her loyal subjects but not so good in relationship of equal parties.

Marie scooped up a note that had “mysteriously” appeared on the bedroom floor.
